Zoë applied to Pomona's EarlyDecision program.

Zoë likes running "because it gives mean opportunity to transcend my limits."

Zoë loves the Pomona-Pitzer women's cross country team"because it is a primarily self-motivated team.  That helps tocreate a very encouraging vibe between the runners.  One of myfavorite parts of being on the team (besides racing) is spending mySunday mornings running through the foothills of Claremont with myteammates."

Highlights:

2009: Zoë returned to action at the SCIACMulti-Duals, running 25:06 to finish an important fifth on theteam. She then clocked 24:53 at the SCIAC Championships to finishfifth again on the squad. Zoë finished sixth on theteam at the home NCAA West Regional meet with her 72nd place in25:20.

2008 Ran 20:08 in the UC Irvine 5k, thenran a PR 24:50 in the Redlands 6000m Invite. Ran a PR 19:12 in theUC Riverside Invite in late September. Finished 15th in themid-October SCIAC Multi-Duals in a PR 23:45. Finished 21st at theSCIAC Championships in 25:07. Finished 40th at the NCAA WestRegional meet in a PR 23:35 to earn a berth on the team thatqualified to Nationals. Ran a PR 23:34 at Nationals to finish asPomona-Pitzer's #5 runner.

2007 Finished 8th on the team at theRedlands Invitational in a 6000m time of 27:19. Finished 7th on theteam at the UC Riverside 5k in a PR 20:54.
