2009
Alicia returned to racing at the SCIAC Multi-Duals, running aneasy 22:40 to finish second overall in the race. She then won theSCIAC Championship meet in 22:42 to earn First Team honors for thethird time, as well as Conference Runner of the Year honors for thesecond time in her career. Alicia won Pomona-Pitzer's first-everindividual title at the NCAA West Region Championships on her homecourse, winning in a course record 22:07. Alicia then finished 16that the NCAA National Championships to earn All American honors forthe second year in a row. 

2008
Took 2nd at the season-opening UC Irvine 5kin 18:44, and then ran 23:02 to finish 3rd at the Redlands 6000mInvite. Ran 22:25 at the Stanford Invite in late September. Aftertaking October off due to injury, Freese returned to action in theNCAA West Regional meet and took a strong third place overall in21:54 to lead her team to an NCAA team berth. At Nationals, Freesefinished 22nd to earn All-American honors -- only the secondPomona-Pitzer woman to do so in the program's history. Her Nationalmeet time of 21:32 stands as the best-ever 6000m time for theSagehens.

2007
Took 1st place individually at the Sept 15Redlands Invitational in a strong 22:47 6000m time. Returned fromillness and injury to place 2nd overall in the SCIAC Multi-Duals in23:56. Won the SCIAC Champs and earned SCIAC Runner of the Yearhonors with her victory. Her winning time of 22:18 over the 6kcourse is 2nd-quickest in school history. At the NCAA West Regional meet, sheran 21:59 to place sixth and qualify individually to the NCAANational meet. Her time set an all-time 6k best for Pomona-Pitzer,and she becomes the 13th Pomona-Pitzer woman to qualify toNationals. Finished 47th at the NCAA National meet in 22:28 in snowflurries to lead all conference women.

2006
Ran #1 on the team at the UC Irvine Invitewith a strong 20:33. And ran #1 on the team again at the RedlandsInvitational, clocking a strong 24:03 over the 6000m (3.7 mile)course. Ran a PR 18:54 to lead the squad at the UC RiversideInvite. Ran a terrific 23:34 6k time to finish third overall at theSCIAC Multi-Dual meet in mid-October. Finished second overall atthe SCIAC Championships to lead Pomona-Pitzer in a time of 24:07and earn First Team All Conference honors.
