REDLANDS, CA - Tough Redlands pitching kept the Sagehens at bay in game one of Saturday's double-header as they fell 8-0 in six innings.

Redlands struck in the first inning with an RBI single. The Bulldogs added two more in the third. Two Redlands errors and a single from Brianna Marcantoni loaded the bases for P-P in the fourth, but a double play ended the rally. Redlands added another run in the fourt h and three more in the fifth. In the sixth, another Bulldog run put Redlands up 8-0 and the game ended with the mercy rule.
