Bulldogs Win High-Scoring Affair

REDLANDS, CA - On Saturday April 16th the Pomona-Pitzer Sagehens dropped a close game to the Redlands Bulldogs, 21-16.

The Sagehens had a tough first half. Although Hannah T'Kindt scored the first goal within the first minute, Redlands came out strong and won the half 10-5.

P-P made a comeback in the 2nd half, scoring four unanswered goals to start the half, bringing the Hens within three points at the end. Redlands was resistant however and scored two goals in the last 56 seconds to seal the win on their senior night.

Freshman Jana London had a season-high eight goals, and freshman Logan Galansky tallied four goals and two assists. Hannah T'Kindt, Kaitlin Jones, and Jenny Miner also contributed to the scoring, and Jones had four draw controls. Freshman goalkeeper Casey Leek recorded eight saves.
