SAN MARCOS, Ca. – The Pomona-Pitzer women's track and field team competed in the 800m, 1500m, 5k, and 10k at the CSU San Marcos Mangrum Invitational on Friday afternoon. Abigail Loiselle was a standout performer for the Sagehens on the evening as she ran the fourth best 10k in program history and currently stands as the No. 2 time in Division III.
In the 800m, Rhea Braganza took 21st with a time of 2:30.12. In the 1500m, Jenna Lange and McKayla Proulx both went sub-5 with times of 4:45.42 and 4:59.33 to take 13th and 24th overall. Braganza also competed in the 1500m, running a 5:00.37. In the 5k, Genevieve DiBari took fourth place with a time of 18:11.81 while Chloe Connolly and Julia Schwartz ran 19:04.35 and 19:45.89 to take 10th and 18th.
In 10k, Abigail Loiselle crossed the finish in 36:41.46 to take second overall while Alexandra Emerson took seventh in 38:58.66.
