At Pomona-Pitzer: Completed his third season as a member of the Pomona-Pitzer Swimming team, where he competes in the breaststroke, the individual medley and the freestyle (500-yards)...High School: Attended Brawley Union High School, where he competed on the swimming, cross country and track teams...Was the Class of 2009 Salutatorian, while also earning the Mathematics Award, the History Award and the Service Award...Also competed for the Imperial Valley Desert Aquatics (IVDA)...Personal: Attending Pomona College, where he majors in economics...Has one sister...Hobbies include hunting, fishing, skiing and off-roading...Chose Pomona because: "I love telling this story. I learned of Pomona from a homeless man who confronted me outside a bookstore one day. He didn't ask for money, but rather become interested in my academic life, and so we talked about college and my plans. He suggested I apply, so i did! And here I am. I like to say I didn't pick Pomona, it picked me."...Born April 18, 1991.
