CLAREMONT, CA. – Senior Shoshi Henderson sets the Pomona-Pitzer Career Points record as the Sagehens finish the year unbeaten in SCIAC play with a 22-6 win over Chapman on Saturday night at Merritt Field.
 
Season Impact: With the win, the Sagehens improved to 15-2 overall and 12-0 in SCIAC play.
 
The Sagehens had six players with hat-tricks as Fiona Lewis, Taylor Glanville, Madelyn Katz, Shoshi Henderson, Sydney Landauer and Caili Cross all had three goals while Grace Tighe, Caroline Welch, Ella Bradley, and River Buechner had one.
 
The Panthers answered the first Sagehen goal by Lewis to tie the game at 1-1 but the Sagehens went on to score six in a row by Lewis, Landauer, Glanville, Katz, and Cross to take a 7-1 lead in the first. Henderson, Glanville and Landauer added more goals in the first as the Sagehens went into the second with a 10-3 lead.
 
Pomona-Pitzer shut out the Panthers in the second quarter while adding six more goals to their total. Glanville, Katz, Henderson, Buechner and Cross scored while Henderson's goal made her the All-Time Leader in Career Points for the Sagehens with 380 points.
 
The Sagehens stayed on the attack in the second half and outscored Chapman 6-3 with goals from Katz, Bradley, Tighe, Cross, Landauer, and Welch to complete their fourth-straight undefeated season in SCIAC play.
