Sagehens Fall To Redlands On The Road

REDLANDS,  CA. – The Pomona-Pitzer Men's Soccer team fell to SCIAC opponent Redlands 4-0 on Saturday afternoon at Farquhar Field.
 
Season Impact: With the loss, the Sagehens fall to 3-7-3 overall and 1-6-2 in SCIAC play.
 
Pomona-Pitzer was left scoreless in their road contest against Redlands after firing off nine shots in the game but only two on target.  The Bulldogs were able to get eight shots on goal with four finding the back of the net for their second win over the Sagehens this season.
 
Redlands got on the board first in the 25th minute and then again just over ten minutes later to double their lead heading into halftime.
 
After taking a 2-0 lead, the Bulldogs continued to extend their lead with their third of the night in the 52nd minute to make it 3-0 and then added a third in the 61st minute to take the season series over Pomona-Pitzer with the 4-0 win.
 
Up Next: The Sagehens will next travel to Cal Lutheran on Wednesday October 3rd at 7:00 p.m.
