REDLANDS, CA. — Pomona-Pitzer men's water polo fell 13-6 to Redlands Wednesday night on the road.Â

Season Impact: The result drops the Sagehens to 8-9 on the season and 3-1 in SCIAC play.Â

Pomona-Pitzer scored the first two goals of the match, with
Indigo Lee and
Zach Whitfield each finding the back of the net off assists from
Miles Chiang. Redlands scored the next three, before
Max Distaso and Lee scored to tie things at 4-4 at halftime.Â

Chase Barman scored early in the third to tie the match at 5-5. But the Bulldogs responded with a 7-0 run, taking a 12-5 advantage midway through the fourth period. Whitfield added one more score, but Redlands came away with the 13-6 win.Â
