At Pomona-Pitzer: Completed her senior season as a member of the Pomona-Pitzer Track and Field team after finishing her cross country career in the fall...2013-14: SCIAC All-Academic team...Competed in the 5000 at the SCIAC Championships...2012-13: SCIAC All-Academic team...Competed in the 5000 and the 3000-meter steeplechase at SCIAC Championships...Came in 13th place in the SCIACs in the steeplechase with a 13;13.45, ranking ninth in school history...High School: Attended Spring Valley High School in Columbia, South Carolina, where she competed on the cross country, track and swimming teams...Graduated with highest honors...Personal: Attending Pomona College, where she has a dual major in public policy analysis and chemistry...Transferred to Pomona after one year at Cornell...Has two sisters, who both ran cross country/track in college (at Stanford and Williams)...Enjoys cross country because of "how simple running is, how it relieves stress, and basically everything about it.
