At Pomona-Pitzer: Completed her second season as a member of the Pomona-Pitzer Softball team, where she plays in the outfield…2015: SCIAC All-Academic team...2014: NFCA Scholar-Athlete selection...Played in 29 games, primarily in the outfield...Was 3-for-3 in a home doubleheader with Willamette, including 2-for-2 with two RBI in a 5-0 win in the opener...High School: Attended Rockwall High School in Texas, where she was a member of the softball and tennis teams…A varsity softball captain and a two-time Outfielder of the Year recipient (2011, 2013)…Class salutatorian…Earned Rockwall Women’s League scholarship…Also played travel ball with the Texas Elite…Personal: Attends Pomona College, where she plans to major in neuroscience…Hobbies include doing puzzles, fostering cats, reading, juggling, and running…Favorite movies include Stand By Me, Donnie Darko and The Iron Giant…Favorite books are Waiting for Godot, Grapes of Wrath and Death of a Salesman…Would like to attend medical school after graduation for pathology or surgery…Chose Pomona “for the great academics coupled with the friendly environment.
