Pomona-Pitzer Athletics

At Pomona-Pitzer: Completed her second season as a member of the Pomona-Pitzer Women’s Lacrosse team, where she plays attack.

2015: Second-team All-SCIAC...SCIAC All-Academic team...Tied for the team lead with 41 goals...Scored her 41 goals on only 77 shots (a 53.2 percent conversion rate, by far the best on the team)...Had a season-high six goals in a 15-11 road win over Colorado College, the highest total for a Sagehen player all season...Had back-to-back games with five goals in a win over New Paltz and an overtime loss to Wesleyan...Scored four goals in Pomona-Pitzer's 8-3 win over Occidental in the finals of the SCIAC Tournament...Had a key steal late that led to the tying goal in a 7-6 triple-overtime win over Redlands in the SCIAC Tournament semifinals, which clinched the league title for the Sagehens...Also had five goals in a 14-9 win over Redland sin the regular season. 

2014: Second-team All-SCIAC...Played in 20 games, including 13 starts and had 25 goals on the year...Had season-high four goals in an 11-5 road win over CMS and a home win over Carthage...Had a hat trick in a SCIAC semifinal win over Chapman...Won six draw controls in an NCAA Tournament loss to Redlands.

High School: Attended Pine-Richland High School in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, where she was a member of the lacrosse and field hockey teams…Named an academic All-American in lacrosse as a junior and senior…WPIAL Lacrosse All-Section team…Earned team’s Best Offensive Player award as a senior and Most Improved Player as a junior…Helped her team to the state quarterfinals in 2012, the WPIAL semifinals in 2013, and two sectional championships in 2012 and 2013…Also served as a field hockey captain as a senior…National Merit Finalist and National Honor Society officer…Earned department awards in math, science, language arts, history and French…Played for the Intrepid Lacrosse club team for five years.

Personal: Attends Pomona College, where she majors in computer science with minors in mathematics and French...Lists "Principles of Real Analysis I" as the most interesting course she has taken at Pomona…Has one brother and one sister...Spent the summer (2014) doing research for one of her math professors and working as a volunteer at the Shambhala Mountain Center in Colorado.
