High School: Attended Lakeside School in Seattle, where he played soccer and ran cross country...Earned four varsity letters on the soccer team, including two years as a team captain...Was a three-time All-Metro League selection (first team as a senior, second team as a junior and sophomore)...Helped the Lions to four state appearances and two Metro League titles...Qualified for the state meet in cross country as a junior and senior...Was a 101 Club Scholar-Athlete Award winner...Also played club soccer for Emerald City FC.
