At Pomona-Pitzer: Completed his first season as a member of the Pomona-Pitzer Men’s Basketball team, where he plays shooting guard.
2015-16: SCIAC All-Academic team.
2014-15: Played in 21 games, including six starts...Averaged 6.4 points per game...Scored in double figures six times, including a high of 14 points against St. Joseph's (Maine), when he knocked down four three-pointers...Added 13 points in a win over Trinity (Texas) and in a narrow loss to La Verne.
High School: Attended Salpointe Catholic High School, where he was a member of the basketball and golf teams…First-team all-section selection…Helped the Lancers to a city championship in 2014, and three state quarterfinals appearances, including a runner-up finish in 2013…National Honors Society member, and named to honor roll every year…Also played for the Tucson Heat and the Tucson Pump n Run travel teams.
Personal: Attends Pitzer College, where he majors in economics with a minor in Spanish…Has a younger brother and a younger sister…Father, Daren, played basketball at Vanguard University…Hobbies include team roping, wakeboarding, fishing, hunting, snowboarding and golf…Lists Dwyane Wade as his favorite athlete…End of Watch is his favorite movie…Plans to pursue either a law degree or a master’s in finance after graduation…Volunteered as a mentor/coach for the Special Olympics Golf team, and with Wee Work, a non-profit organization that brings together family members to do service work.
