At Pomona-Pitzer: Completed his junior season as a member of the Pomona-Pitzer Football team, where he plays the defensive backfield, primarily at safety.

2014: Started six games, missing three with an injury...Was fifth on the team in tackles (42) and second in tackles per game (7.0)...Had an interception against Redlands...Had a season-high 12 tackles in the opener against MIT and followed that up with 11 against Rhodes...Had eight tackles (seven solo) against Chapman.

2013: Played in all nine games, becoming a starter in the second half of the year...Had a season high 10 tackles against SCIAC Champion Redlands...Also had eight tackles against La Verne and Occidental...Intercepted a pass in an overtime win over Whittier.

2012: Did not play after suffering an injury in preseason.

High School: Attended McCallum High School in Austin, Texas, where he played on the football, soccer, and track teams and played saxophone in the band...Was the Defensive MVP of the Knights as a senior, when he earned all-district honors as a safety...National Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete...Earned all-state academic honors in soccer and football...Earned McCallum's Fighting Knight Award...African-American Heritage Month Award winner...member of the National Honors Society.

Personal: Attends Pomona College, where he majors in English....Lists "Art and Time" as the most interesting course he has taken while at Pomona...Worked as a production assistant for the HBO drama "The Leftovers" during the summer of 2015...Has two brothers, one of whom plays soccer for the University of Pennsylvania...Lists Mesut Ozil and Johnny Manziel as his favorite athletes...Favorite books are Norwegian Wood, Invisible Man and The Sound and the Fury, and favorite movies are Remember the Titans, Pulp Fiction, Fight Club and Friday...Lists Kanye West as the public figure he most admires...Works for the Draper Center and as a teaching assistant for the PAYS program at Pomona...Plans to attend law school after graduation.
