2014: SCIAC All-Academic team...Started all nine games as a defensive end...Finished tied for fifth on the team with 42 tackles, while leading by a wide margin in sacks with 5.5...Also recovered a fumble and blocked a kick...Had nine tackles and a sack in the season opener at CMS and seven tackles nad a sack in the season finale against CMS...Had 1.5 sacks against Rhodes, to go along with five tackles...Blocked a field goal in the fourth quarter of a loss to La Verne, preserving a three-point lead at the time.

2013: SCIAC All-Academic team selection...Started all nine games on the defensive line...Finished the year with 26 tackles, two sacks and two fumble recoveries...Recovered a fumble in overtime to end the game in a win over Whittier...Had a season-high seven tackles in the season opener against MIT...Had an 11-yard sack at Menlo.

2012: SCIAC All-Academic Team selection...Started all nine games for the Sagehens, primarily as a defensive end...Finished the year with 33 tackles and three sacks...Had a pair of sacks in a 37-0 win over CMS in the regular season finale, the program's first shutout since 2000...Also had a sack at Chapman...Tallied a season-high six tackles against Menlo...2011: Was lost for the season early on with a foot injury.

High School: Attended Miramonte High School in Orinda, California...Played football and lacrosse for the Matadors, serving as a team captain in football as a senior...Helped his team to a DFAL championship as a senior with an 11-2 record, and to the semifinals of the North Coast Section championships...Led the Matadors with 15 sacks and 72 tackles as a senior, and earned all-league honors as a senior...Won the Lamorinda Patch "Ironman Of The Week" honor for a two-sack performance against rival Acalanes...Earned the Miramonte top scholar-athlete award and served as editor-in-chief of the student newspaper.

Personal: Attending Pomona College, where he majors in environmental analysis with a concentration in biology...Mother Kathe is a registered nurse and father, Dan, is a financial advisor who played football for Princeton, where he graduated in 1979...Has one younger sister...Spent the summer leading a month-long backpacking trip through the Spanish Pyrenees and completing the Tour de Mont Blanc, serving as a guide for high school students...Chose Pomona because "it was a no-brainer."
