How CMS Got Here

The Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women's soccer team earned one of 21 at-large bids into the NCAA Division III Soccer Tournament, and will open play on Saturday against Puget Sound in a regional hosted by Pomona-Pitzer. CMS stands at 13-3-3 on the year, and was one of three SCIAC teams to earn a bid. Pomona-Pitzer was the regular season champion, while Cal Lutheran won the SCIAC Tournament and will play in a regional hosted by Trinity (Texas). All three of the Athenas' losses came to either Cal Lutheran or Pomona-Pitzer, while tying both foes one time as well.
