Megan applied Early Decision to Pomona.

Running gives Megan "a feeling of accomplishment andsatisfaction. There's nothing like the feeling you get afterrunning a hard workout or race and knowing you gave it everythingyou had."

Megan enjoys the Pomona-Pitzer women's cross country teambecause "Our PPXC team is fantastic. The girls are so much fun andthey are all dedicated to improving. Our coach is wonderful aswell. Every practice is an enjoyable experience."

2009highlights:
Megan started off her collegiate career with a 22:12 in theseason-opening UC Irvine Invite, and then ran 20:31 at the UCRiverside Invite. She then clocked 26:32 over 6000 meters to finishninth on the team at the home West Region Preview Meet on Oct. 3.Megan finished her season with a 27:21 at the SCIAC Championshipsto finish 11th on the team.
