High School: Attended Chandler Preparatory Academy in Arizona, where she was a member of the volleyball team...Honorable mention all-state selection as a junior and senior, earning her team's Offensive MVP both years...Helped Chandler Prep place third at the state tournament...Won school's Academic Excellence Award for math/science and humanities...Also earned Liberal Arts Award for academic excellence as a sophomore, junior and senior at Chandler Prep...Played club volleyball for Aspire, which she helped qualify for the nationals in 2012 and 2013, earning a third place finish in the Patriot Division at nationals...Also helped Aspire finish first at the Northern Lights Qualifier in 2012 and to a fifth place finish in 2014 regionals (18s division).

Personal: Attends Pomona College, where she majors in economics with an emphasis in mathematics...Father Reed graduated from Pomona in 1990, while mother Sabrina graduated from Scripps in 1998 and attended CGU from 1998-90...Has two brothers...Lists skiing, wake boarding, hiking and beach volleyball among her hobbies...Volunteered with Special Olympics on a unified volleyball team for the past three years ("playing "unified" means that Special Olympics athletes and volunteers play together on the court. As a "partner", my job is to encourage and support the athletes to be successful on the court. At my school, I spread the word about Special Olympics and get other students involved. I have also implemented the "Start the Word to End the Word" campaign at my high school. Students pledge to discontinue their use of the "R" word. I also run the "Fans in the Stands" program to recruit students to come out and support the Special Olympics athletes at various sporting events.")
