At Pomona-Pitzer: Completed her second season as a member of the Pomona-Pitzer Women's Track and Field team, where she competes in the throws and jumps...Missed the 2014 season to study abroad...Played four seasons on the volleyball team, helping the Sagehens to an NCAA Tournament bid in 2013 (the program's first since 1997)...Ranks eighth in school history in the hammer throw...2015: Earned three seventh place finishes at the SCIAC Championships in the hammer, discus and javelin...Moved into eighth in school history with a personal best 123-7 in the hammer at the SCIAC Championships...Also had her best throw of the season in the javelin with a 110-5 at SCIACs, to earn seventh...2013: All-SCIAC (discus)...Came in fifth place at SCIACs in the discus with a throw of 101-0...Also competed in the javelin at SCIACs...2012: Finished in 11th place at the SCIAC Championships in the triple jump with a distance of 31-3...High School: Attended North Salinas High School in Salinas, California...Played volleyball, track and field, basketball and soccer for the Vikings...Was a co-MVP of the track and field and volleyball teams as a senior...Graduated fourth in her class...Also played for the Salinas Valley Club 12's,13's, 14's, 15's and 18's (when she was 16)...Played for the Main Beach Volleyball Club 18's for two years in a row...Personal: Attending Pitzer College, where she majors in international/intercultural studies...Has two older brothers...Chose Pitzer because "At first, in my college search, all I cared about was coming down to Southern California and playing volleyball, but then when I found out about Pitzer's International/Intercultural Studies (IIS) program it got me excited about the school. Then I came on a visit and the campus just won me over."
