High School: Attended local Claremont High School, where he was a member of the water polo and swimming teams…Named CHS Athlete of the Year in 2015...A First-Team All-Inland Valley selection and team MVP in 2012, 2013 and 2014…Helped the Wolfpack to a CIF Championship in 2014…Served as captain for two years…First-Team All-CIF as a senior and a third-team selection as a junior…San Gabriel Valley All-Star team in 2014…Also was a four-year varsity swimmer, earning MVP honors in 2013…Academic All-League in both sports as a junior and senior…Earned Palomares League Outstanding Senior Award…Also received Claremont High School All-Academic Award…Played water polo for the Foothill Club team, where he was a two-time Junior Olympic Bronze Medalist…USA Water Polo Outstanding Academic All-American selection from 2013-2015…Earned first and third place finishes in the ODP Regional Championships, as well as first place in the Ironman League, first place in the Cal Cup and third place in the U.C. Club Championships with Foothill.
