At Pomona-Pitzer: Completed his second season as a member of the Pomona-Pitzer Men’s Swimming and Diving team, where he competes in the butterfly and freestyle...Ranks ninth in Pomona-Pitzer history in the 100-yard butterfly (51.87)...2014-15: Finished 12th in the 100 fly at SCIAC Championships, swimming an even 52.00...Also was 12th in the 200 fly with a 1:56.87...2013-14: All-SCIAC in the 200-yard and 400-yard medley relay teams...Swam the butterfly leg to help the Sagehens set school records in both medley relays in the SCIAC Championships...Finished with a 1:32.46 in the 200-yard medley to finish second and a 3:24.83 to finish third in the 400-yard medley relay...Came in sixth place at the SCIAC championships in the 100-yard butterfly with a personal-best 51.87...Also finished 16th in the 200-yard butterfly with a 2:01.46...2012-13: Finished just outside the top 10 in the 100-yard butterfly at SCIAC Championships with a 52.91 for 11th, just .02 out of 10th...Swam a 52.32 in prelims, which ranks ninth in school history...High School: Attended Gunn High School in Palo Alto, where he was a member of the water polo and swimming teams…Named team captain and team MVP as a senior…Earned Coaches Award in 2011…Was second in the league in the 100 fly, and in the top 10 in the division (CCS)…Also swam for the Palo Alto Stanford Aquatics (PASA)…Personal: Attending Pitzer College, where he majors in economics with a minor in international space treaties...Treasurer for the Pitzer Student senate and a member of the Senate Executive Board...Intern for the Pitzer Institute for Entrepreneurship...Serves as a commentator for the Claremont Sports Connection...Spent the summer (2014) backpacking across Europe with a PPSD team member ("we questioned the culture of why people don't use lines and wondered why water was so expensive")...Spent the summer (2013) interning at an internet start up in Silicon Valley doing market research and product design.
