Gerics had a season-high 12 strikeouts in an 8 inning outing against Puget Sound where picked up the win and only allowed 4 hits.

2014: Saw all of his action on the mound as both a starter and a long reliever...Appeared in 12 games (7 starts) and had a 3-3 record...Earned his first collegiate win in his debut with seven innings of work in a 6-5 victory over Whitworth...Also had wins against SCIAC foes Chapman and Occidental...Threw a very effective six innings of relief against top-ranked Linfield, allowing four hits and one run. During the summer played for the Torrington Titans of The Futures League
