CHATTANOOGA, TN. — The Pomona-Pitzer women's tennis team will be represented on the national stage as Lauren Rha qualified for the NCAA Division III Individual Championships in singles competition, while also teaming up with Leticia Bazua Vazquez in doubles play.

The NCAA Individual Championships will take place in Chattanooga, Tennessee from Friday, May 22 through Monday, May 25, bringing together the nation's top competitors to close out the collegiate season. Rha enters the singles tournament ranked No. 16 nationally and 9-2 on the season. In doubles action, Rha and Bazua Vazquez will compete together against the nation's best pairings after earning a berth into the championship field. The duo has been a key part of Pomona-Pitzer's success throughout the season with a overall record of 10-6. The NCAA Individual Championships feature a 32-player singles bracket and a 16-team doubles bracket, with champions crowned at the conclusion of the four-day event.
