CLAREMONT, Calif. —
JC Ng was named a 2025 Division III Academic All-America First Team member, the College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced Tuesday. Ng was one of four Division III players to repeat as a CSC Academic All-American from 2024.
Ng, an economics major, led the Sagehen bats in 2025 after slashing .365/.516/.725 with 15 homers, 13 doubles and a team-high 63 RBIs. He set the career program record in runs scored, ending his career with 233. He also led the team in hits (65), walks (50), OB% (.516), batting average (.365), stolen bases (13) and runs scored (66). Ng came through for the Sagehens in big moments all season long, including a career-high eight-RBI performance with three homers and a double in an NCAA Regionals elimination game win over Whitworth.
The CSC Academic All-American First Team award is Ng's latest in a long list of accolades this season. Ng was also named ABCA/Rawlings All-American First Team,
D3baseball.com All-American Second Team, First Team All-SCIAC and an ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove Award winner.
