LOS ANGELES — Pomona-Pitzer men's swim and dive defeated La Verne, Caltech and Occidental Saturday at Oxy.
Scored in three head-to-head matchups, the Sagehens defeated La Verne 236-36, Oxy 225-64 and Caltech 207.5-82.5.
Tommy Matheis earned a pair of wins in 1m and 3m diving, scoring a 364.8 in the 1m event and a 380.85 in the 3m. The Sagehens' 400-yard medley relay D team then won their race with a time of 3:31.07.
Quinn Delaney secured the team's first individual event win in the 1000y free, racing a 9:59.63.
Frank Pang finished first in the 200y free with a 1:44.92.
Diego Hodge then won the 50y back with a 24.29 before
Preston Kwon won the 50y breast with a 27.12.
Henry Cannon posted a win in the 50y free, racing a 22.00. Pang posted another win in the 100y free after clocking a 48.43 before Ben Schiffman won the 200y back with a 1:58.90.
Kwon secured another win in the 200y breast, racing a 2:11.67.
Adrian Clement won the 50y fly after clocking a 22.76 before
Jack Christy secured a win of his own in the 400y IM, racing a 4:11.05. The Sagehens' 400y free relay B team then won their event with a 3:09.21.
