CLAREMONT, Calif. — Pomona-Pitzer men's swimming and diving fell 199-99 to California Baptist Saturday afternoon at Haldeman Pool.
Nathan Xu posted the Sagehens' first event win of the day in the men's 100y freestyle, clocking in at 46.41.
Adrian Clement claimed third with a 47.11. Xu also came in first in the 100y butterfly with a time of 49.82.
Pomona-Pitzer finished second in the 400y medley relay to start the day with a 3:24.87, just 0.62 seconds behind CBU.
Quinn Delaney placed second in the 200y freestyle and Xu took silver in the 100y backstroke.
Diego Hodge placed second in the 200y butterfly before Clement finished second in the 50y freestyle.
Max Yeoh earned a second place finish in the 200y backstroke with a 1:52.75. Nate Levy then placed second in the 200y breaststroke while the Sagehens finished the swim events with a second place finish in the 200y freestyle relay.
In the diving events,
Tommy Matheis placed second in the 1m with a 269.55 and third in the 3m with a 295.70.
