SEATTLE, WA – Nathan Hahn won the 100 yard breaststroke, and the No. 16 Pomona-Pitzer Men's Swimming and Diving team opened the second half of their season at Seattle University.

The Division I Redhawks came away with the meet, winning 162-84.

Hahn won 100 yard breaststroke at 59.79 for his fastest time in the event this season. He added a second place finish in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:10.72. Teddy Koerner took third in the 200 breaststroke at 2:13.16. Koerner also took third in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:01.23.

Liam O'Shea opened the individual competition, taking second place in the 1000 yard freestyle at 9:54.74.

Samuel To finished with a time of 1:46.04 in the 200 yard freestyle, good enough for third place. To finished second in the 100 yard butterfly with a time of 51.25 and second in the 200 yard IM with a time of 1:59.50.

Erik Garcia was the top finisher for Pomona-Pitzer in the 100 backstroke with a time of 54.81 for a third place finish. Garcia also took third in the 200 yard backstroke at 2:00.15, his fastest time in the event this season.

Will Abele came in third in the 200 yard butterfly finishing at 1:58.86 and Adrian Hui placed third in the 50 freestyle (21.42).

Danny Villars came away with a second place finish in the 100 freestyle with a time at 48.18.

In the 500 freestyle, freshman Zach Senator scored a second place finish (4:48.18).

Relay Events

The Sagehens began the day with a second place finish in the 200 yard medley relay (1:35.12) with the team of Samuel To, Koerner, Villars, and Hui.

In the 400 yard freestyle relay, the Saghens finished with a time of 3:15.53 in second place with the combination of Hui, Spencer Satz, Senator, and Villars.

Next Meet: The Sagehens complete their trip to the Northwest with a 1:00 p.m. meet at the University of Puget Sound on Saturday.
