Sierra Kemock joins the Pomona Pitzer sports medicine staff as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the 2026-27 academic year.

Kemock joins the Sagehens after completing her Master of Science in Athletic Training at California State University, Fullerton in May 2026. She previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Allied Health from California State University, San Bernardino in 2023.

Kemock brings clinical experience across multiple collegiate athletic programs. During her time at Chapman University, she independently evaluated and managed acute injuries, developed individualized rehabilitation programs and collaborated with team physicians on patient care. She also worked with athletes across multiple sports and utilized objective testing, concussion assessments and individualized home exercise programs to support rehabilitation and return to play.

Prior to Chapman, Kemock worked at Cypress College, where she developed and implemented an evidence-based hamstring injury prevention program for the men's soccer team. She also collaborated with a registered dietitian nutritionist to provide nutrition education to student athletes.

Her clinical experience also includes Fullerton Junior College, Godinez Fundamental High School and California State University, San Bernardino. At CSUSB, she assisted with rehabilitation programs and injury evaluations and collected baseline performance data from Division II soccer and volleyball athletes using Biodex isokinetic testing.

Kemock is certified through the National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification and is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association.
