Pomona-Pitzer Athletics

Coach Connell joined Pomona-Pitzer in 1996. She previously coached women's basketball at Occidental College for four years, Colgate College for twelve years, and Smith College for four years. Currently, she serves on the NCAA Division III West Region Ranking Committee.

Connell graduated with a physical education degree in 1975 from Springfield College, where she also earned her graduate degree in administration. Connell spent two years at Duchess Community College, where she played volleyball and basketball, before entering Springfield. While at Springfield, she played two more years of collegiate volleyball.

In 2004, Coach Connell received her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of La Verne.
