At Pomona-Pitzer: Completed her first season as a member of the Pomona-Pitzer Women's Track and Field team, where she competes in the sprints (200 meters and 400 meters)...High School: Attended Brooklyn Friends School, where she was a member of the track and field and volleyball teams...Earned the Leadership Award for Women’s Track and Field...Started her track career early as a New York state finalist in the 2006 Hershey Games...Won second place in Nike outdoor Nationals in both the 200m and 400m in 2007...Competed in several USATF youth outdoor junior Olympics qualifiers, USATF Metropolitan Junior Olympic cross country championships along with finishing ninth out of 35 people in the NYSAIS Indoor Track State Championships in 2011...National College Match Recipient...Also a member of the Awesome Power Track Team...Personal: Attending Pomona College, where she majors in media studies with a minor in Spanish...Has one sister...Favorite athlete is Allyson Felix...Plans to attend graduate school after Pomona...Earned the Girl Scout Gold Award...Volunteers with NYC Marathon, along with the Rebook/Adidas Grand Prix held at Icahn Stadium...Chose Pomona "because of the 5C atmosphere and the friendliness I saw among teachers, coaches and students."
