At Pomona-Pitzer: Completed her second season as a member of the Pomona-Pitzer Women’s Swimming and Diving team, where she swims in the distance and middle-distance freestyle events, as well as the butterfly…Ranks 10th in school history in the 200 fly (2:11.33)...2014-15: SCIAC All-Academic team...Finished sixth in the SCIAC Championships in the 200-yard butterfly with a 2:11.33, moving her into 10th place in school history, after qualifying for the finals with a 2:11.67...Won the consolation heat of the 200-yard freestyle and 500-yard freestyle at the SCIAC Championships as well, finishing 10th in both (after finishing 16th in prelims in the 200 and 12th in the 500)...2013-14: Qualified for the finals in the SCIAC Championships in the 500 free, earning an eighth place finish with a 5:12.21...Also ended 13th at the SCIAC Championships in the 1650 with a time of 18:27.74 and 13th in the 200 with a 1:57.41...2012-13: Swam the distance events for the Sagehens at the SCIAC Championships...Earned a seventh-place finish in the 500, touching the wall in 5;13.36...Came in tenth place in the 1650 with an 18:09.47...Also swam the first leg of Pomona-Pitzer's record setting 800 freestyle relay team, which finishing in 7:43.41 to win the SCIAC title...Swam the butterfly leg of a 200 medley relay team that broke a school record as well with a 3:35.72, coming in second place at SCIACs...High School: Attended Albuquerque Academy, where she was a member of the swim team…Was a three-time top-eight finisher in the 200 freestyle and a two-time top-eight finisher in the 100 butterfly at the New Mexico High School state championships…Helped the Chargers freestyle relay team to a state championship, and the medley relay team to a state record and All-America distinction…Earned Academic All-America honors...Member of the cum laude society…Personal: Attending Pomona College, where she plans to major in economics…Hobbies include snow skiing, hiking and scrapbooking…Plans to attend medical school after graduation.
