At Pomona-Pitzer: Completed her third season as a member of the Pomona-Pitzer Women’s Cross Country team…Also competes for the Track and Field team in the spring…2014: Second-team All-SCIAC...SCIAC All-Academic team...Finished in 12th place at the SCIAC Championships with a 24:25.64...Ended 19th at the SCIAC Multi-Duals with a 22:52.22...Was 41st in the NCAA West Regionals with a 23:36.5...2013: SCIAC All-Academic team...Ran in Pomona-Pitzer's top seven...Finished 77th at the NCAA West Regionals with a time of 24:31.46...Was 36th (out of 118) at the SCIAC Championships with a 25:21.45...2012: Was a top-seven runner for the Sagehens...Came in 22nd place (out of 106) at the SCIAC Multi-Duals with a 23:06.61, the third-fastest time on the team...Finished 35th at the SCIAC Championships (out of 116) with a 25:25.30...Was the fifth-fastest Sagehen at the NCAA West Regionals, coming in 61st place with a 23:18.40...High School: Attended Mount Spokane High School in Mead, Washington, where she competed in cross country and track…Was a four-time state finisher in cross country, helping her team to third, sixth and ninth place finishes in the states…Was a team captain for cross country and track as a senior…Placed 13th in the state in the 800 meters during track season, as well as earning district and regional championships in the event…Was named the Mt. Spokane 2011 Fall GSL Student-Athlete…Class valedictorian…Earned AP Scholar with Honor accolades, as well as Washington Scholar-Athlete and National Honors Society distinction…Personal: Attends Pomona College, where she majors in neuroscience and minors in music…Has one older sister…Hobbies include playing the piano, drumming, running, hiking, painting, reading and playing badminton…Favorite book is Pride and Prejudice and favorite movie is The Princess Bride…Plans to go to medical school and become a neurologist…Plays piano and percussion in the Pomona College band.
