VENTURA, CA. - -The Pomona-Pitzer Women's Golf team took third at the SCIAC 2 at Olivas Links Golf Course on Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
The Sagehens finished in third place with a final score of 620. CMS and Redlands tied for first place overall with 596, Cal Lutheran took fourth at 626 and rounding out the top-five was Chapman at 627.
The Sagehens were led by Sophia Hui who finished tied for 10th overall with a 79 in round one and a 73 in round two for a score of +8 at 152. Just behind Hui was Priscilla Ki and Annabelle Huether. Ki ended in a tie for 14th at +11 with a 77 and a 78 for a score of 155 and Huether ended in a tie for 17th just one stroke behind KI with an 80 in round one and a 76 in round two for a score of 156.
Gabrielle Herzig finished in 22nd with a 77 and an 82 for a score of 159 while Andi Chaloult finished in a tie for 26th with an 82 and an 80 for a total of 162. Ending the day for the Sagehens was Catherine Lott in a tie for 37th with an 85 and an 86 for a final score of 171.
