17 From Pomona-Pitzer Swim & Dive Named CSCAA Scholar All-American

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO. – The College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has named 17 athletes from the Pomona-Pitzer Swimming & Diving program to the Scholar All-American Team. The award recognizes students that have achieved a grade point average of 3.50 or higher and competed at their respective school's conference championships. This year the Sagehens have surpassed last season's total of 15.

10 members from the men's team has earned the honor including Will Abele (Economics & mathematics), Bilguun Altantulkhuur (Economics), Nick Borowsky (Biology), Ryan Drover (Chemistry), Jason Lu (Undeclared), Liam O'Shea (Economics), Archie Spindler (Undeclared), Jem Stern (Undeclared), Jack Swanson (Biology), and Ben Willett (Undeclared).

Seven athletes from the women's team were named Scholar All-America including Mackenzie Cummings (Psychology), Kate Denend (Biology & Media Studies), Sarah Jin (Computer Science), Maddie Kauahi (Psychology), Angela Ling (Molecular Biology), Allison Liu (Neuroscience), and Alexandra Werner (Undeclared).
