GREENSBORO, NC. – The Pomona-Pitzer Swim & Dive program saw both men's and women's teams reach the top-10 in the standings after day three of the NCAA Swim & Dive Championship in the Greensboro Aquatics Center. The Sagehens saw their women's team in seventh after amassing 120 points while the men sit in 10th with 101 points. The highlight of the day includes Lukas Ming Menkhoff taking second place in the 100-Yard Breaststroke. The sophomore finished second in the preliminaries at 54.28 and went on to finish second again in the final with a time of 54.20.
In the Women's 100 Yard Backstroke, Angela Ling and Sarah Jin finished tied for fifth in the prelims with a time of 55.63. In the final round, Ling placed fifth at 55.55 while Jin took sixth at 55.71.
Will Abele finished 18th in the Men's 200 Butterfly prelim at 1:50.13 and was an alternate for the consolation final.
