At Pomona-Pitzer: Entering his senior season as a member of the Pomona-Pitzer Men’s Swimming and Diving team, where he competes in the IM, backstroke and butterfly…Ranks fifth in school history in the 200 back (1:57.52) and fifth in the 400 IM (4:13.06).
2015-16: SCIAC All-Academic team.
2014-15: Qualified for the championships finals of the 400 IM at SCIAC Championships with a 4:13.06, moving him into fifth place in school history, before finishing ninth...Also qualified for the finals in the 200 back with a 1:57.52, moving him into the top five in school history (fifth)...Finished 17th in the 200 fly, with a top time of 1:57.18.
High School: Attended Brentwood School in Los Angeles, where he was a member of the swimming team… NISCA All American Academic 2013-2014…Currently holds 200 IM, 100 fly, and 100 back record at Brentwood…Served as swim team captain junior and senior year…Four year member of the Dean’s List…Earned academic honors in ancient history (ninth grade), photography (10th grade), and honors biology and photography (11th grade)…Also swam for Paly YMCA, Team Santa Monica, and Alpha Aquatics.
Personal: Attends Pitzer College…Hobbies include photography, traveling, outdoor activities and skiing...Traveled to England in the summer of 2015 to visit his godparents, while also teaching swim lessons and lifeguarding at home, working in the Pitzer Admissions Office for two weeks and serving as a New Student Mentor and Orientation Adventure Leader...Inception is his favorite movie…Taught underprivileged children how to swim in San Mateo, Belize during summers of 2009 and 2011…Chose Pitzer “because of its core values, educational objectives, wonderful community, connection to the Claremont Consortium, and awesome swim team!”
