Competed in 13 meets ... won the 10,000m at the SCIAC Championships with a PR 30:54.58 ... finished fifth at the conference championships in the 5000m with a 14:48.74 ... ran a PR of 3:57.15 in the 1500m at the P-P Invite.

Senior - XC (2024)
Competed in five meets ... finished 27th at the SCIAC Championships after clocking a 26:20.1 in the 8k. 

Junior - T&F (2024)
Competed in one meet, the SCIAC Multi Dual 1 ... ran a 4:13.97 in the 1500m at the meet to finish ninth.

Junior - XC (2023)
Competed in seven meets ... finished 40th at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 26:46.8 in the 8k. 

Sophomore - T&F (2023)
Competed in six meets ... ran a personal-best 3:58.92 in the 1500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational ... posted a PR of 4:40.07 in the mile at the P-P Collegiate.

Sophomore - XC (2022)
Competed in five meets ... finished 30th at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 26:22.6 in the 8k ... ran a personal-best 25:08.2 in the 8k at the Highlander Invitational.

Freshman - T&F (2022)
Competed in eight meets ... finished 15th in the 5000m at the SCIAC Championships with a personal-best time of 15:28.72. 

Freshman - XC (2021)
Competed in three meets ... finished 50th at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 26:47.1 in the 8k. 

High School: Attended St. Stephen's Episcopal School where he ran cross country and track and field. He finished in 2nd place at SPC Conference 1600, 3rd place in Texas Meet of Champions 1600 (4:17.29) and 3200 (9:13.07). He also graduated with honors. 

Personal: Attends Pomona College.
