At Pomona-Pitzer: Completed his senior season on the Pomona-Pitzer Track and Field and Cross Country teams...Competed at nationals in both seasons as a junior...Ranks fourth in school history in the 10K and eighth in the 5K...Earned Pomona-Pitzer's Academic Excellence Award as a senior.

2014-15 (Track): All-SCIAC (10000 meters)...Capital One/CoSIDA Academic All-District selection...SCIAC All-Academic team...Finished in third place in the 10000 at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 31:51.64, earning all-league honors...Also finished in sixth place in the 5000 to earn three more points for the Sagehens.

2014-15 (cross country): First-team All-SCIAC...All-West Region...Finished second at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in 25:17.0...Was fourth at the SCIAC Championships in 26:11.44 and fourth at the NCAA West Regionals in 25:38.7...Competed for the Sagehens at the NCAA Division III Championships for the third straight year. 

2013-14 (Track): National qualifier in the 10000 meters...All-SCIAC (5000 meters)...SCIAC All-Academic team...Qualified for the nationals in the 10K with a 30:31.62, ranking fourth in school history...Finished 12th at nationals after coming in seeded 20th...Finished third in the SCIAC Championships with a 14:50.33, earning all-league honors...Had a top time in the 5K of 14:44.25, ranking seventh all-time.

2013-14 (cross country): All-SCIAC and All-West Region...SCIAC All-Academic team...Finished a team-high fourth in both the SCIAC Championships and the NCAA West Regionals...Ran a 26:01.45 at the SCIAC Championships at Prado Park, and a 25:01.47 at the NCAA West Regionals on Pomona-Pitzer's home course to help Pomona-Pitzer to a team title...Earned a top 100 finish at nationals, coming in 88th place...

2012-13 (Track): All-SCIAC (5000 meters)...SCIAC All-Academic team...Came in seventh out of 54 competitors in the SCIAC Track and Field Championships in the 5000 meters, breaking 15 minutes with a time of 14:59.75.

2012-13 (cross country): All-SCIAC and All-West Region honoree...SCIAC All-Academic team...Was a top five runner for the Sagehens all season...Came in seventh place in the SCIAC Championships with a 26:14.25, one of four Pomona-Pitzer runners in the top seven...Earned a top 10 finish at the NCAA West Regionals, coming in ninth place with a 24:51.14...Ran a 26:05.30 at the NCAA Division III Championships, earning a 157th place finish...Was the top runner for the Sagehens at the UC Riverside Invitational (25:26.1)...Finished ninth at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational (25:40.4).

High School: Attended Green Hope High School in Cary, North Carolina, where he competed for the cross country, track and soccer teams...Helped his team to a state championship, finishing 14th overall in the individual competition at states...An all-region and all-conference recipient, while receiving his program's Coach's Award...Also placed first in the state in the North Carolina Science Olympiad Optics Event in 2011...A semifinalist in the 2010 Siemens Competition in math, science and technology...An AP scholar with honor and a Junior Marshal in 2010...Personal: Attending Pomona College, where he majors in physics with a minor in mathematics...Has one sister...Lists chess, physics and math among his hobbies...Favorite book is Once A Runner, and favorite movie is A Beautiful Mind...Meb Keflezighi is his favorite athlete...Participated in his high school's tutoring program, and donated eight inches of hair...Chose Pomona because "I really enjoyed the idea of going to a small school with the resources of a large University."
