Matthew Feng was hired as the assistant coach of the Pomona-Pitzer men’s tennis program in January 2025.
Feng previously competed for Pomona-Pitzer as a student-athlete from 2021 to 2024 and was a two-time ITA All-American in doubles alongside partner Eshaan Lumba, with the pair ranked as high as No. 3 nationally. He also earned the SCIAC Character Award in 2024, was named First-Team All-SCIAC, and graduated with a degree in Neuroscience.
In his first year with the Sagehens as a coach, Feng helped lead the team to a strong season, with the team ranked as high as No. 11 in Division III and earning berths to both the SCIAC and NCAA tournaments.
