Competed in nine meets … recorded a season-best 33:36.86 in the 10,000m at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic … also posted season-best times of 4:04.99 in the 1500m at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite, 2:02.89 in the 800m at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite and 15:36.82 in the 5000m at the Occidental Distance Carnival.

Competed in five meets ... finished 34th at the SCIAC Championships with a 26:54.9 ... ran a season-best 25:30.1 at the UCR Invite. 

Junior - T&F (2025)
Competed in 11 meets ... ran a PR of 4:03.23 in the 1500m to place 10th at the SCIAC Championships ... ran a PR of 15:14.47 in the 5000m at the Oxy DC & SBC.

Sophomore - T&F (2024)
Competed in eight meets ... ran a season-best 16:24.34 in the 5000m at the Franson Last Chance ... posted a season-best 4:16.82 in the 1500m at the Oxy Invitational.

Sophomore - XC (2023)
Competed in five meets ... posted a season-best 28:23.4 in the 8k at the UCR Invitational.

Freshman - T&F (2023)
Competed in seven meets ... ran a season-best 4:18.34 in the 1500m at the SCIAC 5-Way.

Freshman - XC (2022)
Competed in two meets ... ran a 28:04.9 in the 8k at the Cougar Challenge.

High School
Attended Gaitlin Gabel where he played soccer and track and field. He was a three-time 3a soccer state champion, 4th in the 1500 and 3k at 3a state meet and a team track and field state champion.
