Hubbard enters his third season as a member of the Pomona-Pitzer Baseball coaching staff in 2018-2019. He serves as Recruiting Coordinator, infield instructor, assists with hitting and is the third base coach.

He previously coached one year at Bard College as the infield coach and assisted as the hitting coach. He also spent two years at Lake Sumter State College where he coached the infield, assisted as the hitting coach and acted as the first base coach. 

Hubbard played two years at Lake Sumter State College in Leesburg, Florida where he played second base. He earned Male Athlete of the Year in 2011 and was part of the first team in school history to make the Florida State Tournament. Hubbard also played baseball for one year at NCAA Division I High Point University and finished his playing career at NCAA Division III Rhode Island College.

Hubbard earned his Bachelors degree in Sport and Exercise Science from University of Central Florida.
