Competed in eight meets ... ran a season-best 30:57.88 in the 10,000m to finish second at the SCIAC Championships ... took seventh at the conference championships in the 5000m with a 14:57.80.

Junior - XC (2024)
Competed in seven meets ... placed fourth at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 24:42.6 in the 8k ... placed sixth at NCAA Regionals with a personal-best time of 24:22.6 ... finished 28th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 24:34.3 to earn All-American honors. 

Sophomore - T&F (2024)
Competed in nine meets ... placed seventh in the 3000S at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 9:45.94. 

Sophomore - XC (2023)
Competed in seven meets ... finished eighth at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 25:12.2 in the 8k ... placed 13th at NCAA Regionals ... finished 119th at the NCAA Championships with a 25:49.3. 

Freshman - T&F (2023)
Competed in nine meets ... placed sixth in the 3000S at the SCIAC Championships after racing a 9:31.94 ... finished eighth in the 10,000m at conference, running a 32:07.00. 

Freshman - XC (2022)
Competed in four meets ... finished 20th at the SCIAC Championships after clocking a 25:56.4 in the 8k. 

High School: Attended Piedmont High School where he ran cross country and track and field. He was a CIF Cross Country State Championship Div 4 12th Place (15:43), Piedmont High School 1600m School Record Holder (4:14), Piedmont High School 3200m Record Holder (9:12), CIF Track and Field State Championship Qualifier.

Personal: Attends Pomona College.
