Competed in seven meets ... finished eighth at the SCIAC Championships ... placed 22nd at NCAA West Regionals with a season-best time of 24:53.8 ... earned a 93rd place finis at the NCAA Championships.

Junior - T&F (2024)
Competed in nine meets ... ran a personal-best 31:34.25 in the 10,000m at the SCIAC Championships, finishing eighth ... posted a PR of 14:53.39 in the 5000m at the Leopard DC.

Junior - XC (2023)
Competed in eight meets ... finished 15th at the SCIAC Championships ... competed at NCAA West Regionals and the NCAA Championships ... posted a season-best time of 24:49.7 in the 8k at the Highlander Invitational.

Sophomore - T&F (2023)
Competed in four meets ... ran a personal-best 4:03.57 in the 1500m at the Mangrum Invitational.

Sophomore - XC (2022)
Competed in four meets ... placed 10th at the SCIAC Championships ... ran a season-best time of 24:17.6 in the 8k at the UCR Invitational.

Freshman - T&F (2022)
Competed in five meets ... ran a personal-best 1:59.65 in the 800m at the PP Invite ... finished 12th in the 5000m at the SCIAC Championships.

Freshman - XC (2021)
Competed in four meets ... ran a season-best time of 25:02.1 in the 8k at the Cougar Challenge ... finished 34th at the SCIAC Championships.

High School: Attended Westlake High School where he ran cross country and track and field. He was 3rd place CIF D1 Finals 3200m 2021, CIF State meet qualifier XC 2019, Received individual high school awards culminating in the Nicole Johnson Memorial award, an award focused on character and leadership. He was also a four-time Student Athlete Award winner-3.5 GPA or higher, Received superintendents scholar award for maintaining above 4.0 GPA all 4 years-on diploma. 

Personal: Attends Pomona College.
