High School: Attended Woodinville High School in Washington, where she was a three-time team MVP and qualified for the state championships twice…Graduated in the top 10 of her class, while earning National Honor Society and PSAT National Merit Commended Student accolades…Also swam for Gold’s Aquatics, qualifying for the regional championships,

Personal: Attending Pomona College, where she majors in environmental analysis, specializing in environmental economics…Is particulary interested in climate policy...Spent the summer (2015) conducting research at Resources for the Future, an environmental economic research organization...Spent the summer of 2014 doing an environmental consulting internship in Chile...Has one brother…Hobbies include sailing, skiing, hiking/backpacking and playing the piano…Serves as an EA student liaison at Pomona, while also teaching piano for Music Mentors of Pomona...Chose Pomona because it “offers a great combination of the small, liberal arts school that I was looking for as well as a serious athletic program.  The environment on the campus, in the classroom, and on the team is very supportive and fun.”
