At Pomona-Pitzer: Completed her third season as a member of the Pomona-Pitzer Women’s Swimming and Diving team, where she competes in the butterfly and the individual medley…Ranks ninth in school history in the 200 fly (2:11.12)...2014-15: SCIAC All-Academic team...Finished fifth at the SCIAC Championships in the 200 fly with a 2:11.12, helping the Sagehens take four of the top six spots in the event...Qualified for finals in the 100 fly as well and finished seventh with a 59.28...Also finished 14th in the 200 IM with a 2:13.65...2013-14: SCIAC All-Academic...Qualified for the finals at the SCIAC Championships in the 200 fly and came in eighth with a 2:11.60...Also finished 15th at SCIACs in the 100 fly with a 1:00.36 and the 200 IM with a 2:13.30...2012-13: Had a strong freshman season, usually placing as the team's top finisher in the butterfly, although she was hampered by illness during the SCIAC Championships...Broke 1:00 in the 100 fly prelims at SCIACs with a 59.96, but settled for a 15th place finish...The 59.96 ranks tenth in program history...Withdrew from the 200 fly...High School: Attended South Eugene High School, where she was a member of the swimming team…Was the district winner in the 100 butterfly for two consecutive years, and placed in the top eight in the state of Oregon all four years…National Honor Society member…Also competed for Team Eugene Aquatics, competing at the YMCA Nationals for three straight years…Personal: Attending Pomona College, where she majors in philosophy, politics and economics (PPE) with a concentration in philosophy…Has one brother and one sister…Lists writing haikus, taking naps and watching Gilmore Girls among her hobbies…Favorite books are Siddartha and Looking for Alaska…Favorite movies are 500 Days of Summer and Miracle…Has volunteered with Planned Parenthood…Lists Tina Fey as the public figure she most admires.
