At Pomona-Pitzer: Completed his junior year as a member of the Pomona-Pitzer Cross Country team...Also runs for the Track and Field team in the spring, where he ranks seventh in program history in the 5000 (14:47.93).

2014-15 (cross country): First-team All-SCIAC...All-West Region...SCIAC All-Academic team...Finished 41st at the NCAA Cross Country Championships...Was third at the SCIAC Championships (tops on the Sagehens) with a 25:56.11...Also led the team with a third-place finish at the NCAA West Regionals with a 25:30.4...Fourth at SCIAC Multi-Duals in 25:41.36 and third at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in 25:22.8.

2013-14 (track)...SCIAC All-Academic team selection...(cross country): First-team All-SCIAC...All-West Region...Pomona-Pitzer's top finisher at nationals (82nd place)...Finished sixth at the SCIAC Championships with a 26:13.42...Ended fifth at the NCAA West Regionals with a 25:11.80 to help the Sagehens to a team title (its first since 1982).

2012-13 (track): All-SCIAC (5000 meters)...Finished in fifth place overall (out of 54 competitors) in the 5000 meters at the SCIAC Track and Field Championships, with a time of 14:57.50...Had a top time of 14:47.93, moving him into the top ten in Sagehen history (seventh place).

2012-13 (cross country): All-SCIAC...All-West Region...Was a top five runner all season for the Sagehens...Came in sixth place in the 2012 SCIAC Championships (out of 134 competitors) with a 26:12.89, the third fastest time on the Sagehens...Was 15th at the NCAA West Regionals with a 24:58.81...Was the second Pomona-Pitzer runner to finish at the NCAA Division III Championships, recording a 25:51.70 to finish in 124th place out of 280 runners, giving him a top-half finish. 

High School: Attended Bellevue (Wash.)
