2020 NCAA National Championships Qualifier (100 Breaststroke and 400 Medley Relay), 2-time CSCAA All-American. 

4-time 2020 SCIAC Champion: 100 Free, 200 Free Relay, 400 Medley Relay, 400 Free Relay, 100 Breaststroke - 2^nd, 200 Medley Relay - 3^rd, 50 Free - 7^th.  

Holder of 9 school records (50 Free, 100 Free, 50 Breast, 100 Breast, 100 IM, 200 Free Relay, 200 Medley Relay, 400 Free Relay, 400 Medley Relay).

2018-2019

2019 NCAA Runner Up (2^nd) in the Men’s 100 Breaststroke (54.20), 6-time CSCAA All-American.

2-time NCAA ‘A’ finalist: 100 Breaststroke - 2^nd, 400 Free Relay - 8^th in the country. 

4-time NCAA ‘B’ finalist: 200 Medley Relay - 9^th, 400 Medley Relay - 9^th, 200 Free Relay - 13^th, 100 Free - 15^th.

5-time 2019 SCIAC Champion: 100 Breaststroke, 200 Free Relay, 200 Medley Relay, 400 Medley Relay, 400 Free Relay, 50 Free - 2^nd, 100 Free - 3^rd. 

Set a new school and pool record in the 100 IM (51.17), and pool record in the 50-yard Fly (22.38), 2-time SCIAC Athlete of the Week.  

2017-2018

2018 NCAA National Champion (1^st) in the Men’s 100 Breaststroke (53.39), 7-time CSCAA All-American. 

5-time NCAA ‘A’ Finalist: 100 Breaststroke - 1^st (53.39), 400 Free Relay- 3^rd (2:59.08), 400 Medley Relay - 3^rd (3:15.30), 200 Free Relay - 4^th (1:20.82), 200 Medley Relay - 7^th (1:29.79). 

2-time NCAA ‘B’ finalist: 100 Free - 9^th (44.22), 50 Free - 13^th (20.42).

7-time 2018 SCIAC Champion: 50 Free, 100 Free, 100 Breaststroke, 200 Free Relay, 200 Medley Relay, 400 Medley Relay, 400 Free Relay.

SCIAC Newcomer of the Year, set 5 new SCIAC conference records, Pomona-Pitzer Newcomer of the Year, 3-time SCIAC Athlete of the Week and set 8 new college program records and pool records.

High School:

Member of the Singapore National Team (2010-2016), 2014 FINA Swimming World Cup Silver Medalist in the 200 Free Relay, FINA Swimming World Cup 6-time finalists in Beijing, Moscow, Doha, Dubai and Singapore, South East Asian Age Group Swimming Championships multiple medalist, 2015 Spanish Swimming Open ‘B’ Finalist, multiple Singapore National Age Group Swimming Championships medalist.

5-time Dover Phoenix Swimmer of the Year Award, 7-time Colors with Distinction Award, Roll of Honor Award, National Level Award, Outstanding Sporting Performance Award, Contribution to Sport Award, Most Improved Swimmer Award, 5-time South East Asian Student Activity Conference Top Age Group Performer Award, Athletic Conference of Singapore International Schools MVP Award. 

Personal: Menkhoff is an Economics Major and computer science research assistant at Pomona College. Served in the Singapore Army for two years as an Infantry Sergeant Commander prior to attending college and took an additional year off to train full-time under Coach Sergio Lopez. He was also a member of the Singapore National Swim Team from 2009 – 2016 and a successful age group swimmer. Has volunteered with the Special Olympics Swimming Program, Gracehaven Swimming Program, and was a volunteer swimming coach for Paralympic and disabled swimmers.
