AZUSA, Calif. — Pomona-Pitzer women's track and field put up strong efforts at the Azusa Pacific Final Qualifier Friday and Saturday.
 
On the women's side, junior Eva Novy-Hildesley ran 2:11.66 in the 800m for a personal best and the number 3 all-time Pomona-Pitzer mark. Teammate Ava Gowder clocked a personal best 2:30.95. 
 
Junior Kensi Binstadt ran 12.75 in the 100 meters, while High Jumper Natalia Cossio cleared 4'9.75". Ella Bowers spanned 37'3 in the Triple Jump, while teammates Felicia Akinde (16'10.5") and Ellie Chi (16'5.75") competed well in the Long Jump.
