CLAREMONT, CA — Pomona-Pitzer's Women's Track and Field team had a good day of competing at the P-P David Salo & Nancy Crenna College Invite on Saturday. The Sagehens took first in the 4x400 meter relay event with a time of 4:12.64. Rhiannon Root finished third in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:00.83. Kendrick Dahlin took third in the 400-meter hurdles at a time of 1:13.36. Eva Novy-Hildesley earned first in the 1-mile meter run event with a time of 5:00.39. In the jumping events, Elsa Brandt and Natalia Cossio took first and second in the high jump event with marks of 5'1" and 4'11", respectively.
